At George F White, we invest significantly in recruiting, training, guiding and mentoring the very best people.

Our graduates need to be enthusiastic with a passion for the rural environment and want to live and work in the north east.  We have a comprehensive training programme which is designed to cover the individual’s needs and requirements from entry to the firm right up to and including partner level, actively encouraging everyone within the firm to continually strive for excellence and to improve themselves, consistent with the principles of lifelong learning.

Whilst the majority of our graduates are training to become Surveyors (either following the Rural or Residential APC Pathways) we are a multi-disciplinary firm of property professionals and we have graduate planners working towards membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute and graduate researchers and technical assistants specialising in property and water value.  

Graduates are placed within one of our fifteen professional teams headed by a team leader who will act as your mentor while you train.
