Key Skills
Valuation Specialising in valuations for agricultural assets, land and residential properties. Particularly for the purpose of taxation probate and secured lending.
Landlord/ Tenant In depth knowledge of Landlord / Tenant issues relating to Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies. Acting for landlords and tenants in tenancy successions, preparation of tenancy agreements, resolution of disputes, rent review, dilapidations, repair notices, notices to quit and tenancy surrenders.
Planning and Development Experienced in the submission of planning applications, the provision of planning advice and guidance, specialising on applications and appraisals for agricultural dwellings and modern and traditional farm buildings.
Grants and Subsidies In depth knowledge of Single Payment Scheme, agricultural subsidies and grants.
Education Bsc (Hons) Agriculture with Farm Business Management, University of Newcastle – upon- Tyne. Currently studying PgDip in Surveying, University of Reading.
Experience Seasonal farm worker for a range of different farms throughout Europe, in depth knowledge of farming practices across a diverse range of agricultural enterprises.
Background Brought up in East Anglia but well traveled having lived across UK, Norway and Ireland.
Interests Shooting, mountain biking, power-kiting, rock climbing.
