20th March 2020
When business as usual becomes unusual
At this time the world is dealing with an unprecedented situation. We understand people’s concerns and want to assure you that we have appropriate measures in place to continue to provide an ongoing and high quality service across our business.
We have been planning how we can best mitigate the impact of the Coronavirus and continue to review the fast evolving situation on a daily basis with the interest of our clients, colleagues and communities at heart.
Following recent announcements by the Government and in the interests of keeping our colleagues, clients, contacts and indeed all of their families safe, we have taken the decision to close our offices to the general public with effect from 5pm on Friday 20th March 2020.
The business will continue to remain fully operational with minimal staffing at our Alnwick, Wolsingham, Barnard Castle and Bedale offices. The remaining staff will work remotely from home using the same contact numbers and email addresses with full access to our systems.
Meetings that have been, or will need to be, scheduled can be conducted via video conferencing software as well as by telephone.
This will be a difficult and challenging time for everyone in both their personal and professional lives and we wish you well, if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
We can be contacted on our landlines, mobile numbers or by email; you will find all our contact details here.
