George F White appoint new Planning Consultant
George F White is pleased to announce the appointment of Killian Gallagher as Planning Consultant at its Yorkshire and Lincolnshire office. Killian has extensive planning consultancy experience having previously worked for large planning consultancies in both England and Ireland.
Killian said of his appointment: “I am excited to have joined this vibrant practice in a challenging period for the UK’s property market. I understand that operating a successful business whilst conforming to the requirements of the planning code can be a major challenge for many businesses and I am looking forward to helping local landowners and other clients in the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire area to realise the potential of their land and property assets.”
Killian has worked on projects in diverse fields including renewable energy provision, retail, housing, storage and distribution and hotels and leisure. A former archaeologist, Killian has been a full member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) since 2007.

As Planning Consultant, Killian will use his wide-ranging experience to provide general planning advice, development planning policy monitoring, planning appraisals, advice on planning enforcement issues, project management of planning applications and planning appeals.
George F White is the largest independent firm of RICS Chartered Surveyors in the North of England, with five offices and employing 100 staff. The business specialises in helping farmers and land owners to develop their businesses and maximise the value of their investments in property and land.
