George F. White Shortlisted for NE Business Awards
After our successes last year, we’re excited to announce that George F. White has been shortlisted for another award! We can now reveal that our Planning and Development team have been shortlisted for Best Service in the North East Business Awards 2016.
As a business we provide innovative consultancy advice on land, property and business matters to deliver effective solutions. Over the years the business has grown and diversified, but our commitment to offering clients solutions that result in the best commercial benefit for our clients, has never changed. We have a specialised planning and development service and the team is a key part of the George F. White business, becoming one of our fastest growing service areas.
Our team of planning and development consultants span all of our regions from the North East to North Yorkshire, and specialise in obtaining planning permission for landowners, negotiating option agreements, valuing development property and the sale of development sites to name just a few of the services offered.
Richard Garland, Partner and Head of Planning and Development said: “As a team of highly motivated professionals, we share a constant desire to stay one step ahead and a commitment to delivering value to our clients. In a changeable marketplace, our ability to adapt to clients’ differing needs is what has helped us thrive. To be shortlisted for the NE Business Awards is a huge achievement for the team and our hard work.”
