North Yorkshire Vintage Year
Despite the very difficult conditions which the residential property market has experienced over the last three years George F White has declared 2010-2011 as a Vintage Year for property sales in North Yorkshire.
Tim Brown, who heads up the team covering North Yorkshire, has been delighted with the continued growth, “2010-2011 has proved to be a fantastic year for us. Activity has increased considerably and despite some of the toughest market conditions in memory our turnover in North Yorkshire has doubled over the last two years.”
“Despite the sluggish nature of the market George F White have stood by their maxim of consistently providing only the very best “gold star service” to sellers and purchasers alike. This has clearly paid dividends across the board.”
Tim, ably supported by Hugh Mortimer and Marg Heap steadfastly believes that customer service is of paramount importance. Tim’s extracting standards keeps the business focussed which ensured the office sold over 80% of the properties instructed to sell in the last financial year. “We are delighted with an ever increasing market share and out newly opened offices at Shiptonthorpe near York can only reinforce George F White’s presence in the county.”
