Barnard Castle is an historic market town providing a range of shopping, recreational and educational facilities and is often referred to as the Gateway to Teesdale with many renowned beauty spots close at hand. Further afield can be found the delights of North Yorkshire, the Lake District, Weardale and Northumberland.

The Property

The property shall be let unfurnished by way of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for an initial term of six months at a rental figure of £475.00 per calendar month, payable in advance by standing order. In addition, a deposit of one months rent shall also be payable prior to occupation.
