Directions
From Bedale follow the A684 north towards Leyburn. At the roundabout on leaving Bedale continue straight over signposted Leyburn. Continue on the A684 through the villages of Crakehall and Patrick Brompton.

On leaving Patrick Brompton continue following the road along the straight and passed Akebar Park on the left hand side. Shortly after this is a corner and then a directly after on your left hand side signposted Finghall.

Follow the road up the hill towards Finghall village where you will come to the train track for the Wensleydale railway. Directly before the track is a private lane on your right hand side with a sign for Chapel Lane Farm. Take this turning and Chapel Lane Farm is located on your right hand side.
Terms and Conditions
The property shall be let unfurnished by way of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy for an initial term of six months at a rental figure of £950.00 per calendar month, payable in advance by standing order. In addition, a deposit of one months rent shall also be payable prior to occupation.

The Landlord's agent will take up references through a referencing agency, the cost of which is £180 (including VAT) for the first applicant with £60 each (including VAT) for additional applicants. The obtaining of such references is not a guarantee of acceptance.
