The land at Faw Head comprises productive meadow and pasture land with a stone field barn. The land is bounded by a mix of traditional dry stone walls and post and wire fences. The land is located approximately one mile from the popular market town of Hawes.

The land extends to approximately 2.86 Ha (7.07 Ac), comprising approximately 2.64 Ha (6.52 Ac) of permanent pasture and approximately 0.16 Ha (0.40 Ac) of mature amenity woodland running down to and including Gayle Beck. The remaining area comprises part of Gayle Beck.

The land is located within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and is suitable for livestock and horse grazing, and amenity and wildlife use.

Vehicular access is taken directly off the public highway know as Mossy Lane, located on the northern boundary.

Rights of Way and Easements
There are two public footpaths transecting the land, the approximate routes have
been detailed on the plan within these sale particulars with a dashed blue line.

The property is sold subject to and with the benefit of all rights of way, water, drainage, water courses and other easements, quasi or reputed easements and rights of adjoining owners if any affecting the same and all existing or proposed wayleaves and all other matters registered by any competent authority subject to statute.

The sporting and mineral rights for the land are included with the property insofar as they are owned.

Travel west through Hawes and just before leaving the town, turn left onto the B6255 (signposted Ingleton). After 0.3 mile, turn left onto Mossy Lane and travel along this road for approximately 0.5 mile. Bear right and continue along the track and the land is situated on the left hand side.
