Basic Payment Scheme

The transfer of the entitlements will be co-ordinated by the Vendor’s Agent with a fee of £150.00 per lot being payable by the Purchaser(s).
The Purchaser(s) will be required to sign an indemnification that they will maintain the land in good agricultural and environmental condition and follow the Basic Payment Scheme cross compliance regulations.
