Basic Payment Scheme
The land has been registered and is sold with the benefit of entitlements to receive payment under the Basic Payment Scheme.The vendor proposes to include 24.7 non-SDA entitlements with the sale. If the purchaser is able to complete the purchase prior to 9th May 2016, the vendor will transfer the entitlements to the purchaser in accordance with the regulations of the scheme in order for the purchaser to claim the 2016 Basic Payment. In the event that the 9th May 2016, the vendor will claim the 2016 Basic Payment but will undertake to purchaser is unable to complete the purchase prior to 9 transfer entitlements to the purchaser in accordance with the regulations of the scheme after the claim date.
