The Area
Witton Le Wear is a sought after village occupying an elevated position on the north bank of the River Wear. Directions
From the A68 leaving Toft Hill and heading north continue for approximately 1 ½ miles at which point turn right into Witton le Wear. Follow the road through the village and down the hill and at the bottom of the hill bear right towards the River Wear. Continue down the back and the land is located on the right hand side of the road after leaving the village as indicated by a George F White for sale board.
