Follow the A181 for around 2.5 miles and upon reaching the roundabout take the second exit straight over signposted Wingate B1280. Continue on the A181 for just under 2 more miles and then bear left for Wingate signposted B1280. Turn right at the junction and onto Salters Lane, pass through the village going straight over the mini roundabout. Upon entering Front Street go straight over the mini roundabout and the land is situated on the left hand side opposite the Medical Centre.
