From the centre of Barnard Castle proceed out of town past the golf course, over Folly Top and through Eggleston. Proceed into Middleton continuing through the main part of the village bearing off to the right, sign posted to Stanhope, just after the Teesdale Hotel. Proceed up Town Head to where a lane branches off to the left to Beck Lane, on the opposite side of the road is a single track lane, situated between two houses. Turn onto the lane and continue to the end where the subject property will be found on the left hand side.
