Directions
From the A1 (North / South) leave the motorway at Junction 63, taking the fourth exit joining the A167 signposted Stanley/Chester Le Street. Then at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Picktree Lane/B6313. Continue on Picktree Lane/B6313 until reaching Pelton Fell Road/B6313. Continue on the B6313 for four miles and upon arriving on Wagtail lane the property is situated on the right hand side and is identified by a George F White for sale board.
