Andrew oversees the valuation work at George F. White and has a reputation for handling the most difficult and challenging valuation assignments. Andrew also sits on the RICS Valuation Standards Board and is regularly appointed as an expert witness in valuation disputes and litigation. Having received recognition in dealing with restrictive covenants at the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber), Andrew also advises clients UK-wide on dealing with restrictions on property.
Other specialisms include advising on development options and contracts particularly in relation to the RICS Red Book value definitions and also the implementation of environmental schemes and group agreements on Common land. Andrew is also an Agricultural Mortgage Company (AMC) appointed agent covering all George F. White offices.
