Rural Practice Surveyor
Caroline is a Rural Practice Surveyor and her role involves working with and advising clients and other professionals with interests in land and property.
Caroline manages estates and property portfolios helping clients to achieve maximum value from their assets whilst maintaining their core values. She is also involved with Landlord and Tenant matters, and has acted for and on behalf of Landlords and Tenants.
Caroline is a RICS Registered Valuer and is involved with carrying out formal ‘Red Book’ valuations.
Caroline is heavily involved with negotiating and agreeing compensation claims on behalf of landowners and occupiers, and acts for a number of clients who are affected by Compulsory Purchase Orders.
